Design and Test of Longitudinal Axial Flow Staggered Millet Flexible Threshing Device

In order to solve the problems of high millet agglomerates rate, damage and undelivered net loss rate in process mechanized harvesting millet, a longitudinal axial flow-staggered flexible threshing device for was designed on basis existing device. The “staggered teeth” drum micro rotating circular tube concave screen work together realize low millet. pre experiment carried out first, factors that have great impact were found be feeding amount, speed drum, clearance. further explore influence interaction between regression orthogonal rotation combination test out, after test, optimal parameter speed, clearance determined. results showed when amount 1.3 kg/s, 762 r/min?1 15 mm, 2.92%, 1.58%, 0.37%.
